Mary Candia Noffsinger

Mary Noffsinger passed away March 27, 2017 in Logan, Utah.
She was born April 29, 1921 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Paolo and Elaine Minardi. She was one of four children.
She married William (Bill) Noffsinger and they were the parents of three children.
She and her husband eventually purchased, in 1958, a home in Bountiful, Utah after they returned from Venezuela where Bill worked for an oil company. In the early 60's Bill took Mary away from her home and went to Alaska to work and hunt. After they returned Mary enjoyed working in her beautiful yard, reading many books, watching Jazz games, preparing great Italian meals, and taking care of her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Moss (Ron) and son-in-law Jack Chase, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two daughters (Sherry and Peggy), one sister (Betty), two brothers (John and Gene), and one grandson (Joseph Chase).
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 6, 2017 at St. Olaf Catholic Church, 1800 South Orchard Drive, Bountiful, Utah.
Mary will be buried next to her husband at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Salt Lake City, Utah.
