Mary Lou Groves

Mary Lou Groves, age 83 passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on July 4, 2017.

She was born in Bingham Canyon UT, May 27, 1934 to Shannon Barlow Robinett and Sarah Ann Goode.

She was raised in Bingham Canyon and graduated from Bingham High School. She married the love of her life Lynn Wm. Groves on August 31, 1954 in Las Vegas, NV. They had 4 children: Debra Lynn, Terry Lee, Lynn Wm. Jr. and Kent Howard.

Mary Lou loved fishing, crocheting, reading, traveling in their motor home and time spent at their cabin in Wyoming. She loved spending time with her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, daughters, Debra and Terry and son Kent and several grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Lynn Jr., granddaughter Amber, sister Ruth, and brother Reed.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 10, 2017 at Russon Mortuary, 1941 N. Main, Farmington, UT. There will be a visitation for family and friends from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, July 9, at Russon Mortuary, 1941 N. Main, Farmington and from 9:45-10:45 a.m. on Monday prior to services. Interment- South Jordan Cemetery, 10650 South 1055 West, South Jordan, UT 84095.
