Matt was the most caring person, the light he brought to this life will be sorely missed by everyone that knew him.

He is survived by his two beautiful daughters Summerlyn and Brooklyn Van Hoy, their mother Brianna Shirley, his father Brent Van Hoy, mother Wanda Van Hoy and step-mother Frances Van Hoy, sister Stacy Van Hoy and many family members and loved ones.

Funeral services will be held Friday December 8, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Swan Lakes Chapel, 2120 W. Gentile St., Layton, UT.  Family and friends may call Friday morning from 9:30 – 10:30 am prior to services at the church.  Interment – Lakeview Cemetery.
