BOUNTIFUL-Maurine Corbridge passed away Sunday, February 26, 2012 at the age of 90, at Legacy House of Bountiful. Maurine was born January 10, 1922 in Weston, Idaho to Martin and Arilla Price, the fourth of five children: June Redding, Lyle Price, Eugene Price and Phyllis Snyder. Maurine grew up in southeast Idaho, where she graduated from Weston High School. She married Paul Corbridge in 1940 in Soda Springs, Idaho. Later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. Maurine and Paul moved to Northern California in 1942 where they raised their three sons and served faithfully in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, including Stake Missions in Walnut Creek, CA., and together a full time mission in the Ft. Lauderdale/Tampa Florida Mission. Maurine retired as manager of a northern California Jr. College bookstore. In 1980 Maurine and Paul retire to Bountiful, Utah enjoying time to travel, fish and spending time with family and friends.
Maurine is survived by her three sons: Stanley (Susan), Steven (Patrice), and Michael (Debra); 14 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the LDS Chapel, 800 East 1800 South, Bountiful, where a viewing will be held 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment-Weston Idaho Cemetery.
