Mickie Rae Macfarlane Hansen

On the 26th of August 2024, Mickie left our presence to meet her family and her Father in Heaven. 

Mickie was born to Daniel Jay and Georgianna Macfarlane in Parowan, Utah. She was the youngest of three girls. She is survived by: her sisters Veon Macfarlane Winter (Jay-deceased), and Annadee Macfarlane Lund (Heber), her husband Michael Hansen, and her daughters Cami Hansen and Crystal Caldwell whom she loved dearly. Her extended family includes grandchildren: Aiden Swanson, Jzauqvon David Caldwell, Michael Gordan Caldwell, Sabarleigh Tadum Caldwell (Kelly Scott), and Merissa Hansen, daughter-in-law: Rhiley & great grandchildren: Romin Michael Caldwell and Areala Scott. 

Mickie was employed at Bryner Clinic in Salt Lake City, Utah until it was sold to IHC. She then worked at Primary Children’s Hospital until her retirement. She spent the remainder of her life enjoying family & gardening. 

She loved all her many acquaintances in her employment, her church, and her neighborhood. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at the Woods Cross Stake Center, 2064 South 800 West, Woods Cross, Utah. A viewing will be held Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Russon Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Utah, and Wednesday morning from 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment- Bountiful City Cemetery. 

Services will be streamed live on the Russon Mortuary Live Facebook page and on this obituary page. The live stream will begin about 10-15 minutes prior to the service and will be posted below.
