Mona M. Jensen passed away April 7th, 2006 in Bountiful, UT. She was born August 13, 1920 in Riverton, UT to Alonzo F. and Leona G. Ferrell Madsen. She was married to Elwin W. Jensen in the Salt Lake Temple. Their posterity is numerous and accomplished. She is survived by her seven children and their spouses; Ilona Earl Nielsen, Venita Velle Anderson, Elwayna Larry Miller, April Leland Williamsen, Neil M. Margaret Jensen, Merlene Bill Barlow, and Rock D. Michelle Jensen; Thirty four Grandchildren and 57 Great Grandchildren; two brothers, A. Frank and Laurel D. Madsen; four sisters, Arva Allred, Ferrell Farnsworth, Janice Weinheimer and Venice Rogers. Mona lived a busy and fruitful life, pursuing and developing a knowledge and testimony of the Savior and His Great ?Plan of Happiness?. Her love and expectations for her family and their well being never diminished through the years. She will always be there in the cheering section to urge you on, to give and do your very best for a loving Savior. ?Keep our love light glowing, be strong and live righteously that we may be an Eternal Family Forever? Funeral services will be held Monday, April 10, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Bountiful 18th Ward, 165 South 1000 East, Bountiful, UT. A viewing will be held Sunday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, and Monday morning from 9:45 – 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment-Lakeview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Missionary Dept., 50 East North Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84150.
