Murrell Burningham

Murrell Dale Burningham passed away on Aug. 15, 2011, while doing what he loved to do, fishing. Dale was born Oct. 20 1929 to Murrell Burningham and Vera Hair Burningham. Previously married to Allie Mae Hatch. He attended Davis High School, graduated from the University of Utah and from Creighton Dental School. He practiced dentistry in Bountiful Utah for over 45 years. Dale was an avid sports fan and loved hunting, fishing, horses and golf. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He is survived by his four sons: Steven, Alan, Mark and Paul Burningham; one sister, Sharon Ann Lewif; and two brothers, Jerry and Robert Burningham. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 19, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, where a viewing will be held for family and friends Thursday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Friday morning 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment-Bountiful Cemetery.
