Nathan George Clark Jr. passed away April 16, 2024 at his home in Farmington, Utah.
He was born on July 6, 1935 to Nathan George Clark and Cleo Afton Call Clark. He married Bonnie DeAnn Price Peterson October 25, 1952 in Evanston, Wyoming. They were later sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
George was educated in Davis County. He attended Stoker Elementary, Bountiful Jr. High and Davis High School.
George is survived by his children, Audree Ann (Robert) Nielsen, Jeff Spencer (Pamela) Clark, Nathan George Clark III (Gregory Torrence), Angela Clark, Anson Bowen (Heide) Clark and son-in-law Gerald B. Carter; 24 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren; and sister Afton Clark Bair.
George was the youngest of 13 children. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters, Ezra Thompson Clark, Freeman Clark, Rodney Call Clark, Clifton Call Clark, Naomi Call Perry, Athelia Clark Mara, Cleo Clark Rampton, Clella Clark Jolley, Marial Clark, Ethel Marr Clark Koelliker and Alton Clark; his beloved wife, Bonnie, daughter, Cristie (Gerald) Carter, daughter-in-law, Kristi Clark, granddaughter, Catherine Nielsen, and great-grandson, Wyatt Carter.
George was self employed in the wholesale produce business for over forty years. He loved Montana and Great Falls was his home away from home. His life ambition was to be a good man. To be honest, to be truthful, to be as good as his word. He taught by example. He was a man of honor and integrity. His work ethic was unwavering and he was an avid reader of history. From humble beginnings, hard work and remarkable intellect, George became a successful businessman. He was a devoted husband and father.
A private graveside service was held at the Farmington City Cemetery.
