Nathan Leslie Ford died in his home on December 27, 2014 in Kaysville, Utah. Nathan was born February 11, 1983 in West Covina, California to Loren Leslie and Julie Anne (Gifford) Ford. Nathan moved to Utah when he was four, was raised in Kaysville, and attended Davis High School.
