Nicholas Ben Shams

Nicholas Ben Shams, a kind and loving husband, father, friend and mentor passed away after a long battle from cancer, on Sunday Sept 9th, 2018.

His most beloved role was being a father to Ben, Alex, Ryan, Zack and Hayley who were his greatest joys. He was married to Molly for 27 years and together for 30. Nicks unique skills and passion for cooking provided his family with a variety of experiences and connections from Iran, England, California, Iowa, Florida, Colorado and finally in Utah where his creativity came together at CousCous. Through his love of cooking, Nick nourished not just family but new friends along the way.

His laughter, his smile, his charm and his HAIR will be greatly missed in all of our lives. We will treasure each memory we had with such a kind and gentle man.
