My darling son, my Beautiful boy, died after a long & courageous battle with depression. Much of his life was a struggle. Noah was exceptionally brave. He fought as long as he could. Longer really.
Noah was incredibly intelligent. He worked hard at the virtues of patience and self-mastery. Noah was a problem solver and sought to be a peacemaker. Noah was mindful of others, encouraging those around him to be the same. Noah had a tender heart and he loved his cats. One even had a special cry just for him.
Noah enjoyed learning & recently really enjoyed cooking & trying new recipes that he shared with his family.
As a little boy, Noah absolutely loved Superman. When you called him by his name he would say "I'm not Noah, I'm Superman."
Noah loved the sky in all its forms; from the clouds, to a beautiful sunset, to the darkest of night skies.
During Noah's life he longed for acceptance & inclusion. I will forever be grateful to the people who loved & accepted Noah and to those who saw how amazing, funny, fun, witty, clever, smart, thoughtful & loving he truly was.
We will miss Noah more than words can express.
To honor Noah: be kind, be aware, be understanding, be inclusive, be a friend.
