Nola Bjerregaard

Nola Christensen Bjerregaard a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother was peacefully reunited with many loved ones on November 10, 2014/ Born January 28, 1930 in Moroni, Utah to William and Artena Christensen and raised with five brothers and sisters.
Nola met Francis Bjerregard at a dance in Moroni. They were married February 15, 1947. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They spent 61 years together until Francis’ death in 2008. Their union was blessed with nine children: Iris (Wally), Darla, Marilyn (Eldon), Ella Sue, David (Cindy), Joyce (Jay), Karen (Jack), Jenna (Don), Lora (Vern); and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Nola was a stay at home mom that not only raised her own large family, but was the first to provide aid and comfort to family, friends and neighbors in need. A lifelong member of the LDS Church, she served in many capacities.
Nola was preceded in death by her husband, daughter Sue, parents and brothers, Esley and Mark. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 14, 2014 at the Bountiful 14th Ward, 1500 South 600 East, where a viewing will be held from 12:00 noon to 1:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery.
