Norma Maxine Briggs Ruoho
1925 – 2014
Norma Maxine Briggs Ruoho returned to her Heavenly Father February 27, 2014. She was born February 2, 1925 in Ephraim, UT. to Moroni L. and Arta Madsen Briggs. In August of 1946 she married Toivo Edward Ruoho.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she served in many church callings. She worked at Jerry Seiner Chevrolet 50+ years. She retired October 2013.
She was an active member of the DUP, American League Auxiliary and the Ephraim Club.
She enjoyed golfing, bowling, traveling with family and friends, card games, Bonco, and making all kinds of crafts.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and brothers Robert Briggs and Ted Briggs. She is survived by her brother Gordon Briggs, sisters Gwendolyn Rowley, Mary Lou Magnusson, Lucille Sondrup, adopted children Bonnie Jo and Edward Weakland, many nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 7, 2014,at 11:00 a.m. at the Granger Stake Center, 2850 West 3835 South, West Valley City. Friends may call Thursday evening, March 6, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the ward, and prior to services 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Interment will be at the Valley View Memorial Park, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City.
