1934~2014

Arleen was born on October 6, 1934 in Castle Dale Utah to Howard and Pearl Belt. She married Arvill B. Pace on March 22, 1958. They were later sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple on Dec. 9, 1968.
Mom passed away on Feb. 22, 2014 due to complications of Louie Bodie Disease. She was surrounded by her family. Mom loved her family; they were the joy of her life. She loved to tease and spend time with them. Mom loved holidays, spending time at the cabin and Iris’s. Early on Mother loved raising her farm animals and sharing them with her grandkids. She was even known to take a pig on a leash to show and tell. Mom was a talented quilter, cook, pie and candy maker.
Arleen is survived by her loving, caring husband Arvill of 55 years. Two sons; Terry and Rusty Pace. Daughters Susie (Gary) Riley, Cheryle (Brian) Shields. Her loving sister Sharon Belt, brothers Damon (Paula)Cornish, Chad Belt, Verl (Janet)MacFarlane, Deloy (Terri)MacFarlane, sister-in-lawAdele Belt, 26 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by two sons, Brad and Kenneth Pace. A baby daughter Peggy Ann Pace whom we know Mom was anxious to hold and love. Her parents, Pearl and William Cornish, Howard and Mary Belt. Brothers Roland Belt, Ted Cornish, Edward Cornish, Brian Cornish, Eddie MacFarlane.
The family would like to thank Moms dear friends Kristian Giatras and Joyce Stahle. A Step Forward Home Health Care and Millcreek Hospice.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 28, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Compton Bench Chapel, 800 N. 300 W., Farmington. Family and friends may call Thursday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Russon Brothers Farmington Mortuary. 1941 N. Main St. and Friday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment-Farmington City Cemetery.
