Petra Herlinda Balmaceda Jaimes

Petra Herlinda Balmaceda Jaimes, a beloved mother, sister, aunt and grandma. She passed away peacefully on December 8th, 2024, at the age of 82. She was surrounded by her three sons, grandkids and great-grandkids. As well as nieces, and sisters, she was born on November 18th, 1942, in Tenanguillo de las Peñas Mexico to Ruben Balmaceda Figueroa and Felicitas Jaimes Ocampo. 

Preceded in death by her parents Ruben Balmaceda and Felicitas Jaimes Ocampo, her siblings Eusebia, Pifania, Mario, Perfecto, and Sarita, her daughters Beatrice, and Consolación. 

Survived by children Alberto (Francisca), Antonio (Angelica) and Ramiro (Bonfilia)

Survived by grandchildren: Irma (Angel), Francisca (Omar), Yesenia, Romelio (Alexis), Yazmin, Yuridia (Carlos), Maribel, Angel, Marcos (Ivonne), Roberto (Valeria), Elizabeth, Eduardo, Jose, Junior, Rocio, Esmeralda, Marisol, Daniel, Virginia, Stephanie, Ronaldo, and Sofia. 

Survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members.

A viewing will be held from 5:00–7:00 p.m. on Friday December 13th, 2024, at Russon Mortuary, 295 North Main Street, Bountiful, Utah 84010. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday December 14th, 2024, at the Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 South 200 West, Bountiful, Utah 84010.
