Raymond Tenhoeve

Raymond Tenhoeve passed peacefully October 2, 2018.  He was welcomed into the world Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 1927, by Jannetje Jacoba VanderKlooster, and Jan tenHoeve in Hoboken, New Jersey.
He married his eternal sweetheart, Roseann Sommercorn, March 9, 1950 in the Salt Lake Temple.  Family came first as they raised six children, followed by an abundance of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Ray was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, having served in many capacities, including two West African missions with his beloved wife.
He is survived by his wife, Roseann; sister, June (Milton) Homer; children, Raeann (Bert) Peck, Mark (Kathy) Tenhoeve, Kevin (Char) Tenhoeve, Julie Tenhoeve, Janet (Tom) Hanson, Leslie (Phil) Brown and honorary son Frederick (Cecilia) Thomas; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
At his request, family gathered to celebrate his life with cherished memories.  Interment was at Sunset Gardens Cemetery.
