Rett Worth Roberts

June 11, 1975 — February 12, 2018

Rett Worth Roberts, returned early to his heavenly home on the morning of February 12, 2018.
Rett was born on June 11, 1975, and grew up in Bountiful Utah. From a young age Rett was drawn to the outdoors. Among his many outdoor pursuits, he enjoyed hiking, biking, snowboarding, camping, and fishing. He was never happier than when he was spending time with his family and friends in the beauty of nature.
Rett graduated from Bountiful High in 1993 and excelled at everything he did. He went on to serve an LDS mission in the Brazil Porto Alegre North mission where formed a close bond with the Brazilian people and learned to love the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Upon returning home, Rett attended the University of Utah and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Med (2001). He went on to receive a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon (Dec 2004).
Anyone who knew Rett felt his love and witnessed his beautiful mind at work.
His ability to see life in a higher abstract gave him wonderful creative abilities to express in writing stories and poems.
Rett’s passion was his kids. They were his driving force. He loved spending time with them taking them to concerts, camping, fishing, and supporting them in all their different activities from football and soccer games, cheerleading, to plays and musicals. With his huge heart he loved his four children and gave his all to nurturing, loving, and providing for them.
He will be remembered for his contagious smile, laugh, and amazing hugs.
He is survived by his four beautiful children Bridger(17); Sailor(15); Deacon(13); Cali(12); the children’s mother Brooke Swanson; His parents Mark and Lynda Roberts; His siblings Layna Mckay(David); Julia Tay Flandro(Nate); Mandy Telford(Mike); Rashelle Curtis(Cody); Evan Roberts(Autumn); and 20 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 16, 2018 at 1 PM at the Bountiful Utah Central Stake Center 640 S. 750 E., Bountiful, Utah (Behind bountiful high school). A viewing will be held from 10:30 to 12:30. Interment will be at the Bountiful City Cemetery following the services.
