Richard Allen Chafe, Jr.

Richard Allen Chafe, Jr. born on November 19, 1968, in Frankfurt, Germany left us unexpectedly on September 28, 2021. Richard was the son of Richard Chafe and Marilyn O’Meara.

As a young man, Richard served his country in the Air Force. When he was stationed at the Clark Airbase in Angeles City, Philippines he met the love of his life Susan Baguio. He soon married her on April 28, 1989, and they have been dedicated to each other for over 32 years.

He was the cherished father of two children: Jacqueline Chafe – Centerville, Utah & Sarah Chafe – Centerville, Utah. Susan and Richard made Utah home in 1994 and enjoyed many close friends and memories there.

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and everyone that had the pleasure of knowing him.

We will always love you daddy, and sweetheart I am waiting here for you to come get me, please.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Russon Mortuary and Crematory, 1941 N Main Street, Farmington, Utah 84025.
