Robert B. Walters

Robert B. Walters passed away in his home surrounded by his loving family. Robert was the son of Elmer and Lillian Walters. He married Joyce Bailey on June 2nd 1957. Robert and Joyce were dedicated to each other for 57 years. Preceded in death by his only son Robert Walters Jr, 3 living daughters:  Sherril (Steve Gallegos), Sindi (Ted Harris) and Shana (Dave Hunsaker). Robert had 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Robert loved gardening and grew the best tomatoes and strawberries. He loved his whole family and enjoyed them every day. He enjoyed watching sports and we will all miss our sports talks with him. Robert was an avid fisherman and told the best campfire stories. Robert was a strong man that gave his all to his family and all of what life threw at him.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 23, 2015 at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, where a viewing will be held Sunday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and again Monday morning 11:30 a.m. -12:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to help with funeral expenses would be appreciated.
