Robert was a world traveler and visited 72 countries in his lifetime. His favorite saying was, “The world is my playground.” He loved to share his travel photos and stories of his great adventures with family and friends. He joined the army in 1955 and served in Germany. After graduating from Cal Poly with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, he had a successful career in the Aerospace industry. When he retired and was not traveling the world, he spent time in Mexico visiting his girlfriend Tere Vidana.
