Robyn Cleaves

January 23, 1971 — March 25, 2025

Robyn Cleaves, the youngest of 5 children, was born on January 23, 1971, in Nashua, NH, to Sandra and Maurice Cleaves. She passed away peacefully at the age of 54 in her apartment. Robyn is survived by her daughter, Cassandra Cleaves, and two sisters, Andrea and Marnie. She is also survived by her beloved niece and nephew Ellie and Ben. Robyn is also survived by her life-long-friends in NH, including her greatest support, Michele, and the father of her “amazing” child, Jeff, who she remained friends with even after their daughter had grown.

Robyn lived most of her life in New Hampshire, only leaving to be close to her daughter these past few years in Utah. She grew up in a small town called Wilton, NH where she quit school to get her GED, then proceeded to get her CNA license, bringing her daughter to night classes, while also working full-time to make ends meet. Robyn spent her adult life caring for others both professionally and personally. She not only helped people with disabilities live their best quality of life through her work, but she would also give a friend her last dollar or offer her couch up to stay because that’s who she was.

Robyn’s biggest pride and joy in life was her daughter. She was incredibly proud of her and made sure she knew it, bragging to all her friends when her daughter would come home to NH for a visit. Above all, she was a loving mother whose unwavering support for her daughter knew no bounds. Aside from her daughter, Robyn loved her “fur-grandbabies”, being by the water, whether a hot tub, beach, lake or pond, riding motorcycles, and attending rock shows and live bands wherever she could. She was strong-willed, adventurous, kind-hearted, and deeply loved. Robyn’s love will live on in our hearts forever, and she will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Robyn was cremated and her daughter will hold a ceremony to spread the ashes in NH around the 4th of July. Please donate to a local animal shelter to support Robyn’s love for animals instead of sending flowers to the family.
