Ronald Graham

Biography

Ronald Arvin Graham a beloved husband, caring brother, cherished father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by family on January 9, 2014. Ron battled a brain tumor for two and a half years and was called home to his loving Heavenly Father at the young age of 78. Ron was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on April 12, 1935 and was the son of James Laird Graham and Arvel Palmer Graham who preceded him in death. He was solemnized to his “Honey” in the LDS Jordan River Temple. They were the best of friends and spent 54 years loving and laughing together.
Ron supported his family through his ceramic tile business and was a long time member of The Beehive Wasatch Bowhunters. He loved hunting, fishing, camping and archery but his greatest joy was being with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife Colleen Steadman Graham and their four children: Ken Graham (Sherri), Sandy Oswald (Kevin), Kelly Cottrell (Cameron) and Dawn Keller (Chris). His eleven grandchildren: Casey Graham, Brad Graham (Camille), Aubrey Twitchell (Josh), Megan and Jamie Oswald, Mikelle, Aimee and Jake Cottrell, Kirtley (Anthony) Holst, Ryan and Jolene Keller. One Great Grandson: Jaxson Graham. Along with his sisters: Irene Peterson, Carol Haycock (Bob), and Joan Boyd (Terry).
Ron was preceded in death by his sons Scotty and Michael Graham and his sister Doris Ridge.

Viewing will be held at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Utah on Monday January 13th from 6:30 – 8:30pm where family and friends may visit.
Funeral Services will be held at the Val Verda 5th Ward located at 2633 South 50 West, Bountiful, Utah on Tuesday January 14th at 11:00am. There will be a short viewing prior to the services from 9:45 – 10:45am. Interment will take place at the Bountiful City Cemetery.
