Ruth Ann Collings

Ruth Ann Collings, daughter of Kay James Collings and Wanda Dalrymple Collings, returned to her Heavenly Father and numerous eternal family members on January 27, 2025. 

She was born on January 27, 1956, in Bountiful, Utah and survived by her brothers Phillip D. Collings and James C. Collings. 

From her birth, Ruth Ann endured many challenges and adversities. Yet, she never complained about her conditions and instead without fail brought light, joy, and excitement into the lives of everyone who interacted with her. She had a great capacity to love life and its simple pleasures. 

She never met a stranger because she treated everyone as a dear friend and through her kind and loving ways showed them that they were loved, valued and important. After meeting or interacting with Ruth Ann, everyone walked away feeling just a little bit better. 

A viewing will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Russon Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Utah.
