Ruth Marian Peters

On Monday, January 20, 2020, Ruth Marian Peters, loving mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully at the age of 83.  Ruth was born on October 14, 1936 to a loving family.  Around the age of 18 she met the love of her life, William L. Peters. They were happily married for 55 years. They have 3 sons (Scott, Greg & Stuart) and one daughter (Christine).  Ruth had a passion for life and family, spending Friday nights playing games with family and friends, and sneaking as many sweets as she could.  She was a fiercely independent woman with a love for the Lord, and for helping anyone she could.  She loved putting smiles on anyone’s face, and was always there to listen to your problems.  She gave the best advice.  We love you and will miss you dearly, Ruth.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, January 24, 2020 at the Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 South 200 West, Bountiful, Utah. A viewing will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, January 23, at Russon Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Utah.
