Ryan Christensen

Biography

Ryan Kay Christensen a loving son, brother, uncle and above all else father passed away unexpectedly on January 7, 2014 at the age of 38.
Ryan was born November 25, 1975, in Ogden, Utah to parents Kay and GayLynn Christensen. He was raised in Woods Cross, Utah and was a graduate of Bountiful High School in 1994. Ryan was an accomplished artist and craftsman who loved a variety of sports. He was both hardworking and dedicated to perusing his dreams, which led him to a career as a fire fighter and paramedic. He was passionate about his work and strove hard to make a difference.
Ryan is survived by his four beautiful children; son, Briton Porter Christensen; daughter, Kaylee Madison Christensen; daughter, Kennedee Ryan Christensen; daughter, Tristen Lynn Christensen; father, R. Kay Christensen; mother, GayLynn Wixom-Christensen; siblings, Tad (Robyn) Christensen, Brandon (Casey) Christensen, Rory (Ashley) Christensen; and by three nephews and one niece. Our hearts are saddened and he will be deeply missed.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 13, 2014 at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, where a viewing will be held Sunday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Monday morning 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery.
