Shirley Blaine (Shirl) Randall passed away Tuesday, June 30th. Born, March 9th, 1927 to Alfred and Ada Randall in Centerville, Utah. Shirl is reunited with his wife, Verna Brewer, his parents, his sister Maxine and three brothers, Kay, Tom and Elliott. He is survived by his children, Arlene (Wayne) Williams, Tahna Tyler (Jack), Valynn (Jim) Sorensen, Blaine and Boyd. Grandchildren, Channing Clyde, Easton and Madilyn Williams, Colter, Kirtley, Bailey and Bridger Sorensen. He was also loved by many nieces and nephews. Shirl retired from social work for the state of Utah and was also a Dale Carnegie instructor. Shirl reveled in serving as an ordinance worker in the Bountiful, Temple. He enjoyed travel and singing with the Harmonaires for over 40 years. Even at 88, he was riding his 3-wheel bike around the neighborhood and swimming for exercise. He was active, happy and social right to the end. Shirl genuinely loved people and always thought the best of them. The family would like to express deep gratitude to the MICU VA Hospital staff who lovingly cared for Shirl the past 3 weeks before his passing. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the Centerville 19th Ward, 900 South 400 East. Viewings will be Friday, July 17th from 6-8 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Ut and Saturday morning prior to the service from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at the Centerville City Cemetery.
