Shirley Tidwell

1925-2013
CENTERVILLE-The family of Shirley Tidwell, our beloved mom and grandma, notes with great love, sorrow, and adoration her peaceful passing on the beautiful morning of September 7, 2013 in Bountiful, Utah. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, May 16, 1925 to Lewis H. and Edith C. Nicholl, mom had everlasting fond memories of her momma, daddy, and brother, Harold. She married Don Tidwell November 20, 1947, and he preceded her in death January 9, 2003.
Mom loved flowers and plants, playing bridge, shopping, dining out, dear friends, telephone calls, many pets, entertaining with a special touch, and most of all her family. A dedicated wife, mom, and matriarch, the love and generosity for her family knew no bounds. Our very special mom, we will remember always your strength, courage, wit, and loving guidance with cherished memories; we love you Mom.
Heartfelt thanks to the many caregivers at Life Care Center of Bountiful for their tender loving care.
