Siphone Langsy

Siphone Langsy was born in Thai Kek, Laos on March 2nd 1939 to Mr. Chanthai Sengxaylaor and Mrs. Pem Sengxaylaor. She was a homemaker prior to immigrating to the United States in 1977 to Layton, Utah.

She passed away on November 13, 2019 surrounded by her loved ones. She is most remembered for her laugh. It was so contagious to eveyone who heard it and you couldn't help but laugh. She was very generous and loved to put a smile on others face. 

She devoted her life to her family. Growing up she always made sure everyone was taken care of even if it meant sacrificing her own happiness for others. That's just the type of person she was. 

She is survived by her children: Lon Langsy, Iddalone Khousakoune. Her Grandchildren: 

Malyna (Don) Truong, Tony (Randi) Langsy, Solena Harris. Erica Khousakoune, Katrina Khousakoune, Braxton (Jessie) Khousakoune, Caden (Whitney) Khousakoune. Her grandchildren: Destiny, Asien, Alyna, Alec, Kage, Kailer, Axton, Gabriella, Gavin, Aillianna, Donovin, Stella, Phenixx Marleesia Azjriah Makailei Joe, Izick, Jesmia Padilla, Jaxon, Brylie. Her brother and sisters: Khambay Khousakoun, Thongsay Sengxaylaor, Somejai Sengxaylaor.

Services will be held from 1 PM – 5 PM on Saturday, November 16th at Russon Mortuary & Crematory, 1585 West 300 South Syracuse, UT 84075. A viewing will be held from 4-8 PM on Friday evening, November 15th at the mortuary.
