Stanley George Spencer

Stanley was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather. Stanley passed away on Apr.19 at Sandy Regional of natural causes. He was born Nov. 24, 1929 in Lehi, Utah to Valder L. Spencer and Mary Georgia Wing. Stanley grew up in Riverton, Utah with his 4 brothers and 1 sister, and attended Jordan High where he graduated with the class of 48.  He married Erma D Voeltz on July 28, 1950 and had 2 children, Pamela A. Spencer Mair and Michael S. Spencer. He served a term in the military and worked at Kennecott copper for 36 years.    

Survived by wife of 65 yrs, Erma D Spencer, son Michael Spencer, sister Elaine Spencer Hardman, brother John R Spencer, 4 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, best friends Merna and Grant Parker. Preceded by father Valder, mother Mary, brothers Dr.LeVal W. Spencer, Lowell Spencer, Kenneth L. Spencer and Daughter Pamala A. Spencer Mair.

Funeral services will be held at the Westwood Heights 2nd Ward, 3976 Dimrall Dr. Kearns, UT on Monday Apr. 27, at 1:00 pm.  Friends may call from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.  Online guestbook available at www.russonmortuary.com
