Stefanie Jan Bingham Jimenez, 46, of Farmington Utah, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City on Friday March 24, 2017. Stefanie was born August 29, 1970 in Ogden Utah to her parents Steve Bingham and Jan (Mason) Mickelsen. She was the first born and only girl in the family with her four baby brothers Jeremy, Jim, Jon, and Shawn. She had so much love and adoration for her brothers and she made sure they always knew that. As a young girl she played the violin and piano, she danced, and she loved to sing. She could light up a room with her radiant smile and her beautiful red hair. Stefanie graduated from Davis High School and later received a Bachelor’s Degree from Weber State University. She was most proud of being a mother. Stefanie’s four children Heather, Kenan, Shawn, and Marissa were the light of her life. Stefanie also loved to travel and live around the world which she did for years before returning home to Utah. She would travel to Mexico with her husband Mario and she loved her experiences and always looked forward to the next trip or “viaje.” Stefanie was true to herself and kind to everyone she met. Her loving outlook and endearing giggle will be cherished always and forever in our hearts. She was a loving sister, mother, daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend.
She is preceded in death by her Grandparents Don and Gerry Bingham, Grandparents Shirt and Irene Mason, Grandfather Ted Howell, Aunt Shirlene Walker, Uncle Darrel Mason, Uncle Steve Howell, and her beloved baby girl Marissa Efrida Bamala.
She is survived by her Husband Mario Jimenez, Daughter Heather Emerick, two Sons Shawn and Kenan Bamala, Mother Jan Mickelsen (Chris), Father Steve Bingham (Cindy), Grandmother Karla Howell, Siblings Jeremy Bingham (Katy), James Bingham (Abby), Sean Olson (Allyson), Jon Bingham, Justin Olson, Shawn Bingham (Olivia), Jordan Olson (Ashlee), Megan Olson Longden (Kenneth), and also her many dear nieces and nephews.
