Stephen Collard

Biography

Stephen O. Collard was born in Salt Lake City, Utah the son of William Orson Collard and Lewgweneth Smith. They family lived in Huntsville, Utah where he herded the family sheep for many years. He later worked and retired from the Granite School District. He married Vivian Shurtz and they were sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple in 1977. He was a kind, gentle man with a generous heart and will be remembered with fondness and love by friends and his large extended family.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 21, 2012 at the LDS Chapel, 102 East 1400 South in Bountiful, where family and friends can visit beginning at 9:30 a.m.
