Suzette Graham

Suzette Kaye Egan Graham (age 43) peacefully left this earth on Sunday, Jan. 19th 2014 from a Brain Aneurysm. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on Oct. 3rd 1970 to Norman and Ruth Egan. As the fifth of eight children, she added sparkle, spunk and surprises to her family! She filled their home with fun and laughter. She lived a life of service to others and always had something kind to say to everyone. She had a tender and gentle heart. She had big brown eyes and a beautiful smile. She loved fashion and was always color coordinated from shoes to eye shadow. Everything she did was done up right! She loved her Savior dearly and trusted in him always. She was sealed in the Salt Lake Temple to her high school sweetheart, Tim W. Graham on Dec. 1st 1990. She is the mother of two wonderful children, Elder Jaxon Tim Graham, age 20(presently serving his LDS Mission in Jackson Mississippi) and Shanara Suzette Graham, age 16 (a beautiful and talented high school junior). She truly loved her family and showed them every day.
Jaxon commented, “She was an example to all of us of how to endure trials (suffering constant pain and challenges for 17 years). She is the most thoughtful person I’ve ever known. She was always so considerate to others and full of love. She made every day happy regardless of her health. I love her with all my heart!”
Shanara commented,” Mom is my best friend. She made life worth living. I will miss her greatly. I love you mom!”
In addition to leaving behind her husband of 23 years (Tim), and her two children (Jaxon and Shanara); Suzette is survived by her parents Norm and Ruth Egan and seven siblings; Brian Egan (Nicole), Denise Damron (Mark), Brad Egan (Jodi), Cherise Bruderer (Neil), Colette Gunnell (Greg), Troy Egan (Kara) and Teresa Jensen (Matt). Also survived by her mother-in-law Ann Graham, and sisters-in-law; Jan Thurston (Marv), Jeri Johnson (Rick). She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who adore her. Preceded in death by baby Shantae BreeAnn James-Graham and Tim’s father; Gene Graham.
A viewing will be held in her honor Friday, Jan. 24th 2014 at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 N. Main, Bountiful Utah from 6 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be Saturday Jan. 25th 2014 at the Layton LDS Stake Center, 60 W. Gordon Ave., Layton Utah at 1 PM., with a viewing from 11:30 AM to 12:40 PM.
