Sylvia Stetson

Sylvia Dudley Stetson departed this life on Aug. 16, 2018 with her loving husband and caregiver John at her side, after a long and courageous battle against cancer.

Sylvia was born in Elkton, MD on June 24, 1957 to the late Walter H. and Anna F. Everett. She was a licensed Activity Director in Utah where she was loved by patients and their families alike for her kind and caring ways and her ability to brighten the lives of those she cared for.

She is survived by her husband, John; three children, Andrea (John) Moss and their children in NV, Brandon (Tiffiny) Dudley and her children in AZ, and Jennifer (Mike) Langenberg and their son in TX. She is also survived by her siblings, Patricia (Larry) Holllinger, Diana (John) Price, Mary (Edward) Lowe and Michael (Dottie) Everett and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother Walter (Bucky) Everett.

Sylvia was a long-time member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. A funeral service Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 11:00am at the Bountiful Tabernacle, 55 S. Main St., Bountiful, Utah. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 from 6pm-8pm at Russon Mortuary, 295 N. Main and from 9:45-10:45 at the church prior to services.
