Tara Lee Taylor Logan

Tara Lee Logan passed away December 28, 2021 in Murray, Utah after suffering cardiac arrest.  Tara was born August 20, 1968 in California and was adopted by Harry and Lois Taylor of Farmington, Utah.  Tara grew up and attended school in Farmington, graduating from Davis High School where she played in the band and secured many life-long friendships.

Tara attended Utah State University and during that time dated and married Dan Burdick.  The marriage later ended in divorce.  Their union produced two children, Joshua and McKenzie.

Tara was set up on a blind date with Frank Logan in 2013.  They dated and then married in 2018.  Frank was more than the love her life – he was her rock, her steady arm that she needed to help navigate the trials of life.

Tara worked at various places in her career, most recently she was an office manager at Bish’s RV in North Salt Lake.

Tara’s loving heart and infectious spirit could be felt by all who knew her, but her greatest love was for her family.  She loved Josh and Kenzie more than anything, and if you think she couldn’t possibly love anyone more, along came the grandkids.  A prouder grandmother you could not find.

No one felt the pain and heartache of her mother Lois’s passing more than Tara.  It was a pain that never fully healed after her mother passed away in 2007.

Tara will be missed by her family, friends, co-workers, and anyone who had the honor of getting to know her.  Tara is survived by her husband, Frank Logan and his son, McCoy, her children Joshua, (his wife Hayley and their daughters Harper and Rhyver), McKenzie Hansen (her husband Alexander and child Levi), brothers Alan (Laura) and Scott (Lynda) and their children.

She is preceded in death by her parents Harry and Lois Taylor.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 3, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Russon Mortuary, 1941 North Main Street, Farmington, Utah.  A viewing will take place prior to services from 12:45 to 1:45 PM.

Interment will follow services at the Farmington City Cemetery.
