Teddy Secrist

Biography

Beloved husband, father, grand-father and friend. Teddy B. Secrist returned home November 20, 2014 following a brief illness. Ted was born July 6, 1929 in Logan, Utah to Wallace and Annie Buesenbark Secrist. He married Helen Adams Secrist in the Logan temple March 17, 1952. Together they raised two children Scott and Debbie. He was active in the LDS church and with Helen served a mission to Kirkland, Ohio 1996-1997.
He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings: Laurene, Dennis, and Horton. beloved wife Helen Adams Secrist. He is survived by his children Scott and Debbie, grandchildren Ashley (Jacob) Nielsen, and Austin Lewis. Two great-children Andrew and DJ Nielsen.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday November 25, 2014 at the Orchard 3rd Ward, 261 East Center Street, North Salt Lake. A visitation will be held Monday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, and Tuesday 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment-Lakeview Cemetery.
