Terry Penman, 84, previously from Bountiful UT, died on January 6, 2015, at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center due to complications following surgery.
Terry was born on Nov. 26, 1930, in Salt Lake City to Frank H. and Johanna Edwards Penman. On March 6, 1947 he married his high school sweetheart Violet Helen Napier, sharing their lives and love over 54 years.
Terry retired as an electrical maintenance supervisor at Utah Power and light.
Terry spent the last 12 years spending summers in Wamic, OR and winters in Casa Grande AZ. He enjoyed playing golf, hunting, fishing and boating.
Survivors include his wife, Alice; a son, Terry Lyn Penman (Suzette) of West Valley; two daughters, Christine Penman (Crystal) of Pinehollow, OR, and Connie Redford (Steve) of West Jordan; a brother, Lewis Penman (Janet) of Salt Lake City; Sharon Larson (Art) of Salt Lake City eight grandchildren; and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Violet H.; a daughter, Lynda L. Penman; and a son, Scott F. Penman.
A viewing will be held Tuesday, January 20th from 1:00-2:00 pm at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 South 200 West.
