Thelma Squire White 1920 ~ 2007 FARMINGTON- Thelma White passed away peacefully on May 1, 2007, surrounded by her loving family. Thelma?s greatest love was her family. Thelma was born in St. George, Utah daughter of William John and Catherine Carter Squire on September 10, 1920. She married her sweetheart Carl on April 20, 1942; they had just celebrated their 65th anniversary. Thelma is survived by her husband, Carl; daughters, Kathy Prims, Farmington, UT; son Ronald Cheryl White, Uintah, UT; 24 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. Thelma is also survived by her brother Robert Pat Squire, San Diego, CA and sister Evelyn Squire. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, friend, an avid gardener and an active member of the LDS Church. Thelma leaves her grandchildren with many fond memories of time spent fishing and camping with their loving and energetic grandmother. Thelma had a passion for and a great patience with young children and always made them feel wanted and needed. She also loved and wrote poetry. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 4, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Farmington 10th Ward, 850 N. Compton Road. Friends and family may call at Russon Brothers Farmington Mortuary, 1941 North Main St. on Thursday, May 3rd from 6-8 p.m. and Friday at the church from 11:45 a.m-12:45 p.m. prior to services.
