Timothy Michael Josephson, of Layton, Utah, just 43 years old, passed away on January 18, 2022 due to heart complications. The family is deeply saddened by his passing.
He was born in Bountiful, Utah on September 3, 1978, attended Layton High School, and lived in Layton most of his life.
Tim adored spending time with his band of boys (son and nephews) playing football and having family gatherings with his siblings. He was an avid sports enthusiast, and a massive dedicated fan of the Washington Football Team. (Redskins)
Anyone who knew Tim, was touched by his one-of-a-kind personality and charismatic ways. He had a heart larger than the world itself, and only saw the purity within.
He is survived by his son, Kacen Kimmins and daughter Taylor Brianna Miyamoto Belnap; mother Taeko Josephson; brothers, Raymond Josephson, Andrew Josephson and Frederick House; nieces, Shelby and Hunter; nephews, Philip, Jiraiya, Kai and Hiro; as well as his honorary brothers James Knoblock (House), Kyle Philips, Brad Graham and Jeff Wirth; and the ever so abundant of friends and extended family who loved him as one of their own.
He is preceded in death by his father, Mark N. Josephson. Tim’s devotion to his family and friends will be greatly missed.
There will be a Celebration of Life to be held in his honor on Thursday, January 27, 2022, 1:00 PM at the Russon Mortuary in Syracuse, 1585 W. 300 S, 84075
