Tina Stringham Price

October 15, 1965 — October 12, 2021

Tina Price, (55), beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and friend left this mortal life on October 12, 2021 and returned to the loving presence of her Heavenly Father.  She was surrounded by her devoted family at the time of her passing.

Tina was born on October 15, 1965 in Hollywood, California along with her twin sister, Tami.  Her parents Ronald Blair Stringham and Lynda Madsen Stringham were overjoyed to adopt and welcome these beautiful little daughters.  They were the oldest of four children.  Throughout her entire life, Tina was kind, compassionate, and always grateful for any act of kindness shown to her.  She always wanted to be of help to others.  She was known for her beautiful, engaging smile and was immediately loved by all who knew her. Tina was a devoted disciple of her Savior, Jesus Christ and showed it daily through her kind actions.  She loved to travel, especially on cruises with her parents, and she enjoyed camping with her family and saw many beautiful parts of the world.  She was a master at Sudoku, and nobody could make chocolate chip cookies like she did.  Her recipe is legendary.

Tina graduated from Woods Cross High School and attended Weber State University.  She was a member of the Woods Cross High Flag Corps with her sister.

She caught the eye of her sweetheart, Brent David Price while driving her dad’s 1961 red MGA convertible to a singles ward activity.  They were married and sealed for time and eternity on June 28, 1985 in the Salt Lake Temple.  A little more than a year after their marriage, Tina was diagnosed with brain cancer and underwent a series of treatments which aided in her miraculous recovery for over 35 years, and her ability to bring three amazing children into their family.  Her husband, children, and grandchildren are her greatest joys.

She is survived by her husband, Brent, daughter Bethanie Price, son David (Emily) Price and granddaughter Blair, son Spencer (Miranda) Price and grandson Merrik, her mother, Lynda Stringham, sister Tami Berger, brothers, Travis and Trent Stringham, and in-laws Duane and Eula Price.  She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Stringham.
