In Loving Memory of Tracy Mann Argyle
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tracy Mann Argyle, a devoted family man, proud veteran, and master craftsman, on December 22, 2024, at the age of 67.
Tracy was born on December 21, 1957, in Salt Lake City Utah, where the values of hard work, loyalty, and kindness were ingrained in him from an early age. He carried those principles throughout his life, leaving a lasting legacy for his family and friends.
A patriot at heart, Tracy proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army, where he formed lifelong bonds and demonstrated unwavering dedication to protecting the freedoms he cherished.
After his military service, Tracy transitioned to a long and fulfilling career as a machinist at L3, where his precision and commitment to excellence earned him the admiration of his colleagues.
While working at L3 he would also build and shoot fireworks displays for local cities. His dedication to the craft was instilled on his family who would also accompany him to his shows every year. During his career shooting fireworks he had the distinction of traveling far and wide, meeting a variety of people including one of his favorite bands, The Beach Boys. Tracy retired after decades of service, leaving behind a legacy of integrity and hard work.
Above all else, Tracy’s greatest love was his family. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, he cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. He was the steadfast rock in their lives, always ready with a listening ear, sage advice, or a quick joke to brighten the day. Tracy found joy in the simple pleasures of life—spending time with his family, working on projects in his shop, often with a grandchild or two by his side.Tracy’s life was a testament to the power of love, dedication, and humility. He taught us the value of service, the importance of family, and the joy of pursuing one’s passions. Though his presence will be deeply missed, his spirit will live on in the memories of those who loved him.
Tracy was preceded in death by his mother (Thayle), father (Douglas), and siblings (Brady, Mary, and Carol).
Tracy is survived by his beloved wife Ruth, daughters (Kris, Jennifer (Russell), and Bobbi (Jim), Siblings, Brenda and Ben countless grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Rest in peace, Tracy. Your love and guidance will remain in our hearts forever.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at Russon Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Utah where a viewing will be held Monday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday morning 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. prior to services.
Interment - Bountiful City Cemetery.
