Troy Sean Mann

February 10, 1984 — October 16, 2021

Troy Sean Mann, 37, beloved son, brother, husband, father, and loyal friend returned to the loving arms of his Heavenly Father on October 16, 2021.

Troy was born on February 10, 1984 in Bountiful, Utah to Karen Pack Mann and Mark Dwight Mann. Troy grew up in Kaysville, Utah alongside his older sister, Natalie. Their close friendship and sibling bond was a source of comfort in childhood and throughout their lives. Troy attended Davis High School.

He met and fell in love with his sweetheart, Amy Henderson, in Bountiful, Utah. They were married on November 28, 2009. Three years later they were sealed for eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on November 28, 2012. Troy and Amy were blessed with four beautiful children.

Troy had a gift for working with his hands. As a child, he was always building some kind of contraption. He loved trade work, welding, and was an expert in installing vinyl fence. He installed many fences throughout the state. He had an easy way of communicating with fencing customers.

Troy was kind, tender-hearted and a devoted son, husband, father and friend. He was devoted to those he loved. He also loved animals throughout his lifetime.

No one knows the darkness he faced alone. His big heart couldn’t disappoint the ones he loved. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Troy loved nothing more than camping and fishing in the outdoors with his family. He shared his knowledge and passion for fishing with his children. They spent many afternoons fishing in the ponds around Davis County. There were many outings spent hiking and exploring the mountains. It was great fun for him to go four wheeling and off roading over the years, especially in his Scout International, Jeep and Rhino. He was talented at working on them when they needed repairs. He had a knack for grilling and was skilled at using different seasonings and spices. His favorite places to camp were Teton National Park and Moab.

Troy is survived by his wife, Amy Henderson Mann, their four children Taylor (11), Hunter (8), Alexander (6) and Lily (4); Parents Mark and Karen Mann; sister Natalie (Dylan) Parker; in-laws Dallin and Carol Henderson and many loving family members and friends.
