Uarda Romney

Our mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother went home to her Heavenly Father, January 18, 2012.
Mom was born January 21, 1930 in Brigham City, Utah to Vosco Peters Call and Uarda Jenson Call. She married Ronald Romney, her college sweetheart on September 18, 1948. They were later sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on February 13, 1964. Dad passed away August 8, 1996.
Their greatest blessings are their 5 sons: Ronald C. and Bonnie, Michael H. and Diane, Dennis R. and Cay, James J. and Deb, Kenneth L. and Jacqueline. They have 23 grandchildren; and 42 great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her brother, Vosco; and 2 sisters, Colleen and Maren. Preceded in death by daughter-in-law, Robyn Francis Romney.
Mom was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was happy to serve in many positions including Primary President, Relief Society President, and in the Cub Scouts as a Den Leader.
We would like to thank Heritage Assisted Living for the wonderful care that they provided for mom.
Her funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the Bountiful 39th Ward Chapel, 1500 South 600 East, where a viewing will be held from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery.
