Velma W. Carling Together Again

Our Beloved Mother, Velma Wood Carling, passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday. She was born on Nov. 16, 1920 to Camille Evans and William R. Wood. Married Frank A. Carling on March 27, 1945. He preceded her in death on May 7, 1997. Member of the LDS Church, and Lifetime Homemaker. Even though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing, Mother is with her beloved Husband, son?s, Frank Jr,, and Michael, her parents, sister June and many other Loved ones gone before her. Survived by 6 children and their spouses ? Kay Delbert Sutherland, David Holly Carling, Sue Gary Nelson, Marc Kaye Carling, Vickie Ron Cook, and Sally Carling, 15 Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren, also 7 Brothers and Sisters. Time changes so many things ? but one thing we know is true – time can never change the love that?s in our hearts for you MOM. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday April 15th, at the Salt Lake City Cemetary 1 P.M. Viewing from 10:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. at the Russon Brothers Salt Lake Mortuary, 255 South 200 East, prior to the Services.
