Venna Morrill Mansfield ?Our Angel Mother?
Venna Morrill Mansfield, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, Aunt & Friend passed away October 13, 2006 from causes incident to age and many illnesses.
Venna was born July 20, 1920 in Tridell, Utah to Leland Morrill and Virley Ross Morrill.
Venna graduated from Alterra High School and sang a solo at her graduation. She sang much in her younger years, and always shared her beautiful voice and piano talents.
Married Woodrow Wilson Mansfield Nov. 7, 1941. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Sept. 16, 1977. Venna has lived with her daughter and her family for over 12 years.
Venna was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She loved teaching and serving in several of the Church organizations until health would not permit.
Survived by one daughter Maurine Bob Oviatt, three sons; Leland Gloria Mansfield, Randy Susan Mansfield, Kim Vicki Mansfield; 19 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. Also survived by one brother, Dwain Mary Morrill; two sisters, Lois Jack-deceased Price, Rhea Herb Williams. Preceded in death by husband, parents, a brother, Maurice, and infant brother and sister Shirl Clair & Lela.

Graveside services will be held October 17, 2006 at the Tridell City Cemetery in Tridell, UT. Friends may call on Monday, October 16, 2006 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Salt Lake Mortuary, 255 South 200 East. Online guestbook available at www.russonmortuary.com
