Vera Mitchell

Vera LuRae Harmon Mitchell, 83, passed away February 18, 2014 after a short illness.
She was born December 2, 1930 to Vera Isadora Thompson and Martin Lynn Harmon in St. Anthony, Idaho. She was the second of seven children; Erma, Harold, Ruth, Noreen (all deceased), Dee, and Larry. She married Clair Mitchell on February 14, 1948 in American Falls, Idaho. It was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls Temple.
She is survived by six children: Gary (Debbie), Ellen Bennion (Kevin), Marsha Walker (Brent), Sheri Brown (Ken), Wade (Blanqui), and Robert (Terrie). She was preceded in death by a son, Steven, and one grandson. She had 30 grandchildren and 60 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 22nd, in the LDS church at 2285 So. 200 W. in Bountiful at 11:00 AM. There will be a public viewing from 9:30-10:30 on Saturday prior to the service. Interment will be at the Bountiful City Cemetery.
