Virgil "Jed" Jedediah Edgar

Virgil Jedediah Edgar, known to family and friends as Jed, passed away June 7, 2018 from heart failure at the age of 33.

Jed was born October 6th, 1984 in Bountiful, UT.  He loved life and was known for his infectious smile, and for bringing fun and laughter wherever he went.  Jed was fearless, adventurous, charming, a naturally gifted athlete, and the life of the party.  He loved music, sports, time spent with family and friends, being in nature, and playing a good practical joke.  Jed had a passion for life, and was especially thrilled about soon becoming a father, and constantly talked about his daughter, River. We know he will always watch over her. 

Jed will be forever loved and remembered by his parents Terry and Treesa Edgar, siblings Blaine (Tina), Kamee (Gary), Travis, Jana (Brad), and Sean (Jaden), fiancé Amy Tidwell and her daughter Paityn, daughter River, due August 3rd, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends. 

A celebration of Jed’s life will be held on Friday, June 22nd at the LDS Davis Creek Chapel, 825 S. 50 E., Farmington, UT.  Viewing will be held from 9:30-10:30am, and service will begin at 11.  Interment will follow at the Farmington Cemetery.

Jed’s family wishes to express their deepest appreciation for the many kind words, and acts of service extended to them. We will forever be grateful to those who love Jed, and celebrate his life.
