Virginia Elizabeth Judd Pace, 91, passed away Sunday Feb. 11, 2007 at the home of her son in American Fork, Utah. She was born March 18, 1915 in Hoytsville, Utah, the 3rd child and first daughter of George Henry Judd and Rose Hannah Sargent. Preceded in death by her brothers Ralph, Wallace and Bill. She is survived by her sisters Lucile Ercanbrack, Lorraine Wynn, and Kathryn Carmichael. Virginia was called to serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1935 and served for two years in the North Central States Mission. Upon returning, she married her sweetheart Raymond J. Pace on June 10, 1939 in the Salt Lake Temple. They were the parents of four children- William Ray Beverly, American Fork, Utah; Georgia Rose Craker/Tate, Murray, Utah; David Judd Elizabeth, Kentwood, Michigan; and Robin Lee, Boca Raton, Florida. Her husband Raymond passed away in 1978. She was grandmother to seventeen, and ?grandma gg? to 30 great grandchildren. She served faithfully all her life in her church callings which included Relief Society, Primary, Seminary, and music and supporting her husband in his priesthood responsibilities. Funeral services will be held Thursday February 15 at 11:00am in the Camelot Ward chapel at 3317 So. 800 W. Bountiful. A viewing will be held Wednesday February 14 from 6 to 8 at Russon Brothers Mortuary in Bountiful and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the ward chapel. Interment will be in the Hoytsville, Utah cemetery. ?Heartfelt thanks to the nurses, aids and administrators of Hospice Alliance, Davis County aging services, and her wonderful home teachers, neighbors and dear friends.?
