"Your Wings Were Ready But Mine Were Not"
Wade John Hugoe, born January 23, 1963 in Bountiful, Utah to Tony and Barbara Hugoe, passed away September 13, 2016 in a tragic motorcycle accident doing what he loved, riding his Harley.
He held many titles, Son, Dad, Brother, "The Master", Fearless #7, just to name a few, but his favorite of all was Grandpa. His brothers referred to him as "The Great Rat Master". He enjoyed his car shows and won numerous awards with his Rat Rod and Chevelle. He was a figure 8 Championship Holder at RMR for many years. His team WADECO Racing was a crowd pleaser and so much fun to watch. He was also a member of the Bountiful City Jeep Posse. He was most recently employed at the U of U as a fleet service tech and also at Hugoe Trucking Inc., but his passion was driving trucks and he was an owner operator of WADECO for over 15 years.
His family meant the world to him and he loved them dearly. He never missed a day calling or visiting his mother and made daily phone calls to his kids. Many weekends were spent with his grandson, Ashton.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara Hugoe; daughter, Kenzie McDonald (Kal); Son, Wesley Hugoe (Shyann); Grandchildren, Ashton and Kinlee; Brothers, Damon (Debbie), Tick (Jodi), Sean; Sisters, Caroline Schroeder, Virginia (Jay) Benard; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Anthony J.V. Hugoe and grandparents.
A viewing will be held Friday, September 16, 2016 at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, UT from 6 – 8 p.m. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 17th, at the Woods Cross 10th Ward, 1335 W. 1500 S., Woods Cross, UT., where a viewing will be held prior to the services from 11:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. Interment Bountiful City Cemetery.
