Wesley J Williams

Wesley John Williams age 65, loving husband, father, grandad, brother, uncle, and friend returned to his heavenly home on June 25, 2021.

He was born on October 14, 1955 in Evanston, Wyoming a son of Roy Glen Williams and Mary Brown.

He attended Evanston High School where he participated in many sports. He lettered in Track and field and Basketball and won many awards. Wes loved the game of Basketball. It was life.  His senior year he was awarded All-State and helped his team place 3rd in the State tournament. He graduated in the class of 1975.

Wes served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the England Manchester mission where he would meet the love of his life.

He married his eternal companion Dianne Fletcher on January 20th, 1979 in the London England Temple. After their wedding, they returned to make their new home in Clinton Utah where they had 4 wonderful children.

He learned how to be a dental lab technician from his oldest sister Karen Waldron and eventually would start his own business, Westech Dental Lab. He ended his career working for Arrowhead dental lab in Sandy.

Wes served in the church with many callings such as: Ward Clerk, 2nd Counselor in the Bishopric, Executive Secretary, Sunday School, and primary.

Wes loved going to England, especially returning to see his in-laws.

He is survived by his wife Dianne, 2 sons and 2 daughters: Paul (Jennifer) Williams, Debbie (Brett) Sims, Jennie (Rex) Schwab, Steven (Shannon) Williams. 12 grandchildren, two sisters: Mrs. Karen (Keith) Waldron, Mrs. MaryAnn (Jim) Kraning.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, a sister Susan, and a brother Paul.

He was loved by his family and will be greatly missed by them. He was a very kind and compassionate person, and hard working.

Viewing will be held Thursday, July 8, 2021 6-8 pm at Russon Mortuary 1585 West 300 South Syracuse, Utah 84075

Services will be held Friday, July 9, 2021 11:00 am at the Clinton Stake Center 1288 West 1300 North Clinton, Utah 84015. A viewing will be held 9:30- 10:30 prior to services.
