Whitney Wylo Reynolds

Whitney Wylo Reynolds, beloved son, brother, father, and friend, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2024, in Bountiful, Utah. He was born on November 30, 1982, in Bountiful, Utah, to Dale and Linda Reynolds as the youngest of seven children.

From a young age, Whitney’s zest for life and his radiant spirit brought joy to all who knew him. With his big heart and thoughtful nature, he quickly made friends everywhere he went. Whit had a deep love for the outdoors, finding solace in nature. He could often be found hiking, camping, dirt biking, rock climbing, or snowboarding, pursuits that reflected his adventurous soul. 

Whit’s love extended to animals, especially dogs, who brought him immense comfort and companionship. He had a special bond with his canine companions, who were always by his side, sharing in his adventures and offering unconditional love.

Although his journey was marked by struggle, Whitney's life was filled with moments of love, laughter, and beauty. His passing leaves an unfillable void in the hearts of his family and friends, accompanied by a profound sense of loss for what might have been.

Whitney will be missed by those he left behind, and who loved him dearly - including, his father, Dale; his siblings, Sandra, Deana, Jennifer, Joseph, Travis, and Zachery; and his children. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Linda; his grandparents, Wylo & Afton Reynolds, and Orvil & Ouida Jeanette Price. 

Services will be held to honor Whitney’s memory and celebrate his life at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 9, 2024 at Russon Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, where a viewing will be held from 8:45-9:45 a.m. prior to services.
